Yes, there must be local phone service in order to use the Widget. The Widget routes all long distance calls through your GiConnect account. |

2 - What do I do if I have to dial a number to get an outside line (e.g. inside a hotel)? |

Dial * first, then dial the number to get an outside line, followed by the phone number. |

3 - When I try to make a long distance call, I get an error message. Why? |
| |
You may have programmed the Widget incorrectly. Try dialing your local access number, wait for a tone, and then dial your account number. If you hear that you are connected to the GiConnect system, please see the User Guide to setup the Widget properly.
If the Widget still does not work properly, please contact customer service.

4 - Can the Widget save other local access numbers that I use frequently? |

Yes, the Widget can save up to six (6) local access numbers. |

5 - Will the Widget work with a PBX? |
| |
It depends on the make of the PBX system. In most cases, the Widget can be installed by connecting it between the outside line and the PBX. |

6 - If I lose the Widget, can I get a replacement? |

Yes, for a minimal fee. |
