2 - Can I use the card with any phone? |

Yes. From any touch-tone phone. If no touch-tone phone is available, you may use the assistance of an operator. If at a hotel, check to see if they charge for local calls or toll free calls so you can use the appropriate access number. |

3 - Why can't I make a call at a payphone overseas? |

You may need to insert a local coin or phone card to initiate a call from some overseas payphones. |

4 - What is local access number? |

It is a local number you need to dial to access the GiConnect system. Every country will have a different local access number. Be sure to include the local access numbers of all the countries you will be traveling to on your virtual card before printing Virtual Calling Card. |
